Otis Vanilla and Sex Machine were a garage rock Sex Machine band from Lewistown, Pa.fronted by singer Richard Barker. Caeser Pink of The Imperial orgy played drums. BArker was influenced by Iggy Pop.

Otis Vanilla & Sex Machine was a raw Sex Machine rock band that Pink played drums for just before the ceation of The Imperial Orgy. The group was fronted by singer Richard Barker (1961-1990) and featured Jon Mertz, Debo Barron, and Chuck Smith.
